Bad attitude from the vodacom

Vodacom staff is rude and the do not know how to assist a client when a client is need of their help I spoke to a lady by the name DUDU if that's her really name but she was very rude and she didn't even want to put me through her supervisor or her manage I so angry with vodacom right now and whats making me so angry is that its not the first time this is happening
