I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom, We recently upgraded to a blackberry torch and 10 days later my phone didn't want to charge. We took it in, they said they would repair/replace it. We called them to tell them we didn't want the same phone, It is a BRAND new phone and we have to accept it repaired, they told us it would be noted but it seems nothing gets done unless you come on HELLO PETER to complain, why should it be like this again I feel as though vodacom doesn't appreciate their clients. I am not sure if its the supplier that the blackberry is faulty or is vodacom to blame!!! i refuse to accept the same phone and on top of all this the consultant who assisted us to collect the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, while talking to him he spoke over me to my partner. I am so fed up and if Vodacom doesn't want to give me a BRAND new phone in the box and i am not fully satisfied with blackberry either, then they should cancel this contract and we can move to a service provider that will appreciate us as clients!!! I dont see why it should always be a complaint all the time.
