Hi. My 8ta contract ended in Dec. I went into hemingsways mall in November to fill on the necessary paperwork to make sure it was not to be renewed. I went in again in dec to confirm it.

Today you have again taken money off my bank account via debit order. Can you please make sure this debit order is cancelled and my money refunded for the last couple of months. I don't have the time to keep going back to the store.
