STILL BEING CHARGED AFTER CONTRACT CANCELLED

8ta contract was cancelled when the 24 months expired. The service was cancelled on the 1st August (by 8ta, as they'd obviously received and processed the cancellation), and our son was no longer able to use the service. Yet, for the 3rd month running, the debit order is still being recovered from our bank account. That's called. My husband has contacted 8ta regarding this, and they obviously haven't done a thing about it as another debit order went off on the 31st October 2013. So, TWO things need to happen - the debit order on this CANCELLED CONTRACT needs to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY, and the money from us needs to be paid back to us - IMMEDIATELY. Oh, and a third thing - the who didn't do his / her job, should be fired. I am so unbelievably sick and tired of the absolutely lack of professionalism and the 'don't care' attitude we as South Africans have to put up with on a daily basis.
