TURN MY RICA ON RIGHT NOW

I have had this sim for 2 and a half years and now I hear I'm now RICA'd??? What the??? I refuse to go into a shop to redo this. I want it turned back on immediately and I demand to be reimbursed for the business I lost. No one can even phone me. This is. If this is not sorted out by tomorrow, I will complain once a week until this is fixed. I want the money I lost back since I was unable to do any business. I will go to the press if you people are too stupid to do your own jobs. Jeez.
