MTN milks my money

I took a contract with MTN around July last year whereby they are supposed to deduct R300 monthly but they rather deduct four times the amount even if I'm not using the sim card. I tried to make a limit and I was told it isn't possible because the phone was on promotion when I buy it. MTN milks my money, I want my money back or else this was my first and last contract with MTN.
