We got a virgin mobile contract Des 2012. Everything from application of contract till now has been a horrific experience. Virgin mobile is a! They steel your money! Watch your billing VERY CAREFULLY otherwise they steel your money out your bank account for their incorrect billing! They charge me OVER R10 a minute when I make a phone call-LOCALLY, EVEN AFTER 21:00PM! Two phone calls and my limit is reached then they start billing even more on my account! Don't get me started on how they bill me on a sms! When I send 1 sms, they deduct 3 sms's from my account. When I send a double sms, they deduct 5 sms's. That's not all! While you sleep at night-NOT TOUCHING your phone AT ALL, they deduct money from your account! They just take and take with NO REASON! I've been to various Virgin mobile shops inquiring about their billing. The shop employees tell us to phone their call center. When you call the call center, it's like speaking to a bunch of 5 year olds and NO ONE can give you a reason why they your money! When you ask to speak to a supervisor, not even they know what to do and can't explain the problem! I WOULD LOVE TO GET THE CONSUMER ACT ON THEM AND DRAG THEM TO COURT FOR!
