They deduct more money from my credit card

I buy a Visa shopping card on auction for R26.50 and they deduct R28.41 from my account and the next day they deduct another R577.38. I cant get hold of them and they don't reply on my mails, how can they deduct money on their own from my account. I want my money back. I call this.
