I obtained mobile data on January 24th, and from then till the end of the month I could not use my data.
I emailed Afrihost, and got a reply several days later telling me my problem was resolved, yet it was not.
I payed for mobile data, and every time I tried using the internet I was continuously redirected to the "You have reached your data limit" screen. If I turned my phone off and then on again, the internet would work for maybe 30 minutes or less.
When I checked online I still had over 4.3GB data, so due to their error, i payed for 100% usage when I only managed to use about 20% by the end of the month.
Afrihost did no effort in fixing this error, and I feel like I have been ripped off due to an error on their side.
