Unexplained Funds being used

On the 15th of November i noticed that there was about R200 missing from my Airtime. i use Afrihost mobile data on my Phone and i dont use MTN as my Cellular Data Provider. I checked and i was connected using Afrihost and not MTN. i phoned the call centre the next day and asked them to explain where that money went. the lady said she cant say how much went off my account. she said that i must phone back once billing has closed for me to get my Account. i dont have itemised billing so she said i would have to pay for the Service. i phone Afrihost and they asked for Cellular data logs to see what the issue was, MTN couldnt provide me with this either all they could confirm was that i was Using Afrihost DATA and not MTN's Data. i phone MTN again last week the Gentleman i spoke to was more helpfull he sent a request to Account to see where the Funds went i was told it takes 4-6 working days to process. i am waiting on that still. i suspect that MTN was charging me for DATA when they shouldn't have as i use Afrihost Mobile data on my Phone.
