When trying to open a webpage on my laptop, it kept on taking me to the Afrihost page saying we have used all our ADSL data and must top up. After topping up 3 times last night we realized there was a problem and called Afrihost. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone (at our expense) with the call centre agent, we were told that it is/was a problem on Afrihost's side and that the matter had been escalated. She was then told we would receive a follow-up call and an email when the issue is resolved. That was at 10:30pm last night and we have heard nothing further from Afrihost. The Internet is working intermittently and frequently we are being taken back to the Afrihost top up page.

The first problem is that the last 2 top ups need to be reversed from my credit card and this has still not been sorted out. The second bigger issue is that my computer is being told by Afrihost I have no data and thus I can't do anything online even though we have over 200MB left according to our Afrihost account.

I sent an email to Afrihost this morning and got a ticket number DUF-735-31209. Please could someone at least let me know what is going on instead of sending out automated emails??
