I have cancelled two contracts with Vodacom, premature cancellations.
paid the requested amount, however upon calling the cancelations dept iwas informed that only one amount of R277.50 is reflecting, the other R1095 is not reflecting. These payments were made on the same branch, at the same time, however only one amount is reflecting???

further more these contracts have not been cancelled, which will cause biling issues
ineed assistance in this regard asap
