On the 11th of November 2013 I requested a pre-mature cancelation quote form from Vodacom and filled it and made the payment as stated on the form via EFT. Few days later I was in contact with Vodacom and they informed me the cancelation is in progress and they can see the money paid by me is reflecting on my account. End December I notice an amount of /- R700 reflecting on the specific contact account, I contact them again and they say they have no documentation??? I re FAX all the documentation AND the previous Fax report showing successful delivery to 0115468006, then only they informed me that the contract have been cancelled. STILL they deducted the /- R700 for end December AND an amount for end November which needs to be refunded to me. I've send 4 to 5 mails back to the retentions and cancellations department with NO response. An amount exceeding R1000 is owed to me by Vodacom and needs to be sorted A.S.A.P.
