Payments apparently not reflecting

I am outraged that for the past 2 or even possible 3 months of my YDE account's payments not refelecting on the system. I received a call that I'm in arrears of x amount and thought that they were just calling me for this months amount due. So I go into the store and pay x amount and get a call the next asking me to pay x amount because of my arrears and I was told that payment isn't reflecting. Firstly I shouldn't be in arrears because I have been paying every month which means that those payments aren't going through and my recent payment isn't either. They have asked for the receipt of my latest payment which I "MIGHT" have somewhere but the previous payments I don't have and i think that its totally unfair that this now falls onto me because of inconsistencies on their system. I've payed R800 in the past 2 months and now there is no trace of it. I want to know what YDE can do about this since I MIGHT only have my latest receipt and not the previous ones. I demand that this be tended to ASAP and the correct amounts be processed. All of my PAyments have been made at the Eastgate Branch.
