Payment not reflecting

We are continuosly having serious issues with cell c with one of my accounts, I spoke to a lady from customer care and we found out that 2 of my payments for october and november was not reflecting so I sent an email of the deposit slips and on sunday 11 january I got a reply stating that my payments have been received and lines are reactivated and they apologise for the error, thinking that this would be the last that I have to deal with this crapwe got a letter stating I owe an amount of R707 and if it is not paid I have to deal with the consequenses, I have made my payments every single month for the 5 contracts that I have and have each deposit slip, I am totally upset with the service of cell c and everytime I think that this is sorted out I get calls from different consultants and have to explain myself everytime, this is really pathetic service and cannot wait for my contracts to be over, would never advise anyone to take a contract with cell c ever!
