NO RESPONSE OR SERVICE FROM QUOTE DEPARTMENT

I contacted Telkom on 22 January 2014 to enquire about a call waiting option to be installed on the companies current switchboard. I spoke to a delightful lady called Aurelia at the Telkom call centre who took my details and said that someone from sales will call me. Oupa Monama called me and was very helpful informing me that the product required is a voicemail card. He gave me prices over the phone but said that I need to email him a request which is needed to go to his quotes department. Once I receive a quote, I need to sign it to make an official order. This is where the problem started. I sent the email on 22 January which Oupa Monama forwarded to Boitumelo Letsholo requesting the quote. Since then, I have heard nothing from either of them despite sending a follow up email on 24, 30 and 31 January. Telkom's lack of service is making me look incompetent to my employer and I've had it. We are a captive audience and we are being treated badly. I need to get this matter resolved as soon as possible as we have to get this voicemail card installed. Can someone please respond urgently.
