NO INTERNET FOR MORE THAN A WEEK

No internet for more than a week now. Fault reported 24 Jan. Everytime i phone i hear the same story - must wait for a technician to come to my area. Fault will be escalated. Still no joy. How long must i wait? Will Telkom refund me for the time that i am without internet? Service is pathetic.!!!
