I noticed an increase in my Dec debit order deduction and was informed that I had upgraded one of my contracts in Nov. Upon investigation, the forensic consultant found that the upgrade was done and promised that a refund of the money deducted will be done. I received a credit note confirmation SMS 14 days after the investigation was completed, however I have to date not received my money back and the upgrade has not been reversed allowing me the opportunity to cancel the contract. According to the call centre, my debit order for end Jan will include the deduction. Everytime i call the Call Centre I am told that another query for upgrade reversal and refund of Jan will be lodged and I can expect some feedback within 48 hours - THIS HAS BEEN SINCE THE 21ST! I haven't had any resolution and NO FEEDBACK! I need this contract cancelled and my money back!!
