Bad Service

I have been trying for 3 days now to get trough to MTN woodlands on 0838698163 and i am still not possible to get trough.
I gave in my phone on Sunday the 26/01/2014 today is Friday still no feedback on wheres my phone or how far the repairs are i also haven't received a quote or what i have to pay for my phone to be fixed after i told them it is a work phone and my only phone!!!
