Upgrade and reversal of wrong billing

A upgrade was done on my contract at a Witbank- Highveld shopping centre branch in June. I started getting incorrect billing in July. I called Vodacom call centre and reported the incident. It took them three weeks to officially start the investigation, another three weeks to confirm that it was upgrade.

Then I was promised that all my money owed will be refunded back to my account within 14 working days. Three weeks later I follow up with call centre and they promise to get back to me within 48hrs. It is now 96hrs later and I'm getting tired of calling and listening to empty promises. I need someone to get back to me and refund all my money and cancel the contract as requested previously.

i am very annoyed and running out of patience right now
