No ADSL service for more than a month!

I am writing this report out of pure frustration and don't know what to do anymore. I have been without ADSL service for more than a month now. I have send emails, made calls, begged and pleaded but nothing seems to work. We moved on the 21st Dec to a new premises and I requested for an ADSL transfer on the 17th of Dec. I hardly got any information back on my requests and mails. My request was only dealt with on the 14th of January 2014 (after numerous emails and telephone calls) Telkom fixed the line but only worked for half a day! I called the tech and he arrived the next day (and only because I phoned his Manager), needles to say the ADSL was off again after our area received heavy rains (phoned tech again, no response!) Phoned again -10217 to report the fault on Monday 27th January and it is Friday 31st today (no sign of Telkom yet). Apparently it takes 4 days for the fault to be "transferred" to the tech department (really??) Another whole week without service for me! (Not even mentioning that out of the 45 days (since we moved here and I reported my problems) I only had 2 days of ADSL service! Oh yes and I did complain about the service via Telk website (twice). Bad service!
