I CANNOT BELIEVE JUST HOW PATHETIC TELKOM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IS. NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING THERE. MY INTERNET CONNECTION WAS SUSPENED AND WHEN I CALLED TO QUERY I AM TOLD THAT THEY ARE CHARGING THE INTERNET RENTAL TO MY OLD TELE NUMBER WHICH IS NOT IN EXISTANCE SINCE 2011. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY R500 IN ORDER FOR MY INTERNET CONNECTION TO BE RESTORED. THE LADY I WAS SPEAKING TO JUST CUT ME OFF WHILST I WAS SPEAKING TO HER - SUCH RUDNESS! NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL ME TO ASK WHY HAVE I NOT PAID, BUT JUST DISCONNECT AS AND WHEN THEY PLEASE. THEY LET THE ACCOUNT RUN FOR MONTHS BEFORE WAKING UP ONE MORNING AND JUST DECIDING TO DISCONNECT. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS ANY OTHER COMPANY BEING THIS INEFFICIENT, ESPECIALLY A COMPANY OF THIS MAGNITUDE. I WANT SOMEONE OF MANAGEMENT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS POST AND CONTACT ME.
