Still no answer - even after a report here

After writing the report here last week I assumed that someone would actually contact me - probably a bad move since we are talking about Telkom here. I called in again yesterday and was put through to the accounts department who said my account was paid and she was "just the accounts department" so couldn't help with the fact that my email was still not working. She put me through to internet services where I was told "I am just the internet person, I cant help with accounts queries - will put you through to activations" etc etc etc etc and I still have no email access.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP URGENTLY - it is going on for more than 1 month with no access to my email.
