Telkom service is pathetic!

I applied for wireless internet connection at my residential place in Rynfield for work purposes and was advised by the consultant that they would in fact be able to supply me with the internet connection at my residence. I had to pay an amount of R700 in order for the installation to proceed. I paid this the next week and on the same day, I get an sms from Telkom saying they have sent out a technician to my place to do the installation. NO arrangements were made with me whatsoever! I called them to query this and the lady informed me that their plans have changed and they would be sending the tech out another and will advise me when. All I have received from them in the interim is an sms stating that they cannot provide me with the service because they need some box to be installed and my residential area does not have it. I have been trying to call their 10210 number now for weeks and it gives an engaged signal permanently! This is extremely unprofessional for a TELEPHONE company!!!

I am abosultely appauled that a company of your status can afford to treat clients this way. If you cannot provide a service to a client after promising them that you can, the least you can do
