No updates of my coverage concern

Hello

I have a problem with MTN coverage department for not solving my problem, REQ:1510776 [#6057444] was raised and they replied promising me the investigation is logged it will take 10 working days, they give me a reference ref#0048821 after that nothing was done. I have sent them a detailed story explaining everything they needed but to my surprise the problem is still there. i then send a mail to coverage department telling that my problem is not fixed since then they haven't come back to me. To me it seems as your have fail. what i want to hear from you is can you fix my problem? yes or no. if yes please respond to our enquiries and if no let me know so that i can dump you guys.
