Cancel my account 5-6 month ago still get invoices

I had a security company but when I lost my contract I cancel my service with telkom as I did not have income and they suspended my line when I was think 800-1500 behind but after I fax a letter with a letterhead and requested to cancel my line like they the call centre told me and I did that 3-4 time and still I received a bill, and the account now all ready over 5K and today 161013 11H10 I phoned the call centre to hear what the progress on my line is as I did phone 2 month ago and they said they will get a manager to look into it and then phone me but ja nothing happened till date
