How do i cancel my membership

I recently received a letter stating my contract will be nearing an end and if i want to cancel i can email details to the email given [Email Removed] i did and received an automatic response to contact the Club manager where i opened my account of which i did, 6 days later i have not received feedback from this email [Email Removed] i have tried calling no luck and left messages for her to call me back.

I'm not in Johannesburg cannot go to the club to do the cancellation there please please cancel my membership with immediate effect i cannot have the month to month contract assomblief.
