Ops manager rude!!!

Last month we reported our ADSL line that was not working everytime we contacted Telkom to report it they told us we had a analog line i then phoned the accounts department to find out what we where paying for they stated that it was a ADSL line, after lots of fighting they eventually sent out a technician who fixed the line, Tuesday we relized our line was not working AGAIN we thought it was due to bad weather and left it but yesterday being Wednesday the 16.01.2013 the weather was fine the line was still not working we reset the modem as we have been told prevoius times by Telkom technicians but the line was still not working my husband then decided to contact Telkoms call centre to test the line once again we where told that this is an analog line REALLY!!! we then asked to speak to a manager we were transered to a Operations Manager who was arrogant and rude, he told us we must listen to his story first then he will listen to ours should it not be customers FIRST. My husbands hair raised even more the situation was then explained to this arrogant man, and we where told that this problem was already logged and if we have a problem with him we sould report it, we are paying
