I am beyond frustrated with Telkom. I keep reporting a fault on my business line - on a weekly basis - It's been 3 months since the first complaint, and our telkom line is still not working. Clients are getting annoyed with us and we are losing business big time. I cannot afford this!!! What is also adding to the frustration is when we make calls, it takes about 5 -6 attempts for us to actually hear the person on the other side, and Telkom keeps charging us for all the calls. I refuse to pay for Telkoms mistakes. They keep on telling us the fault has been repaired, but it hasn't. No technician has ever entered our premises, but we receive sms's to say that a technician has seen to the fault. Where to go from here and what can I do to get Telkoms attention!!!???
I want a refund on outgoing calls for the passed 3 months. This is beyond ridiculous.
