Dropping signal

I have two contracts with cell c one is 6 years old the other is just under a year old
for more than the last four weeks they continously drop signal saying for emergency calls only which is a problem for me as it is used for my work and it is even worse for my wife's phone as she is a aupair and has had it today where she needed to contact the parents of the child she looks after for a medical emergency and there was no signal/service on her phone which is completely unacceptable
i pay for a service i do not receive
and when i email complaints through it takes days for a reply and then they haven't even read the complaint and ask for a detailed description of the problem
when i phone the call center they hang up on you or else my signal drops
now i am thinking that i should start taking the steps to cancel both my contracts and move to a new provider
obviously cell c has to many customers to care about one long term one
i have had enough of this service and the i have had to go through trying to rectify it
if this doesn't get sorted out i have had it
i definately will not ever recommend cell c to anyone in fact i will tell them to choose a different provide
