Poor service from call centre to stores

In September 2012 The contract was moved from another company to mine and the request to move to a lower package (500) was also made. The contract was moved but the the package not lowered. All the docs and forms were sent through as requested but was not informed that this was not done. The line was suspended in December but I did not to follow up as I will do it after the holidays. In January my account was Debited 3 times for equal amounts of R2040.00. In trying to resolve this issue from Monday with the call centre I was told to go to a store today which was of no help. The call centre put me on hold for upto 25 minutes at a time and this is on everyday for the past 4 days. My phone is suspended from yesterday although the account is up to date.
