Delivery not received

On the end 3rd of December, I placed an order with Kalahari (order #1000990903), for products that stated next day delivery. The following day I received an e-mail that delivery would only take place on 18 December, this date was subsequently moved up to12 December. I wasn't very happy with this, but decided not to raise the issue with the supplier seeing as it is December and a busy season. Yesterday I contacted Kalahari to move today's delivery address to my home address seeing as I was now on leave, I was informed that delivery would take place today, but no time could be fixed but moving the address would not be an issue. Today, on my first day of leave, I waited from 08:00 until 18:00 for my package to arrive, but NO package came. I phoned the call centre but could get no feedback on why this happened, Nikita from the call centre promised she would follow up. I am furious that I will probably have to give up another day of my leave because Kalahari did not keep to their word. Much easier to shop in store.
