Deducts 2 months when internet never worked

This morning I checked my internet banking and was disgusted to find that 2 months (almost R500) was deducted for uncapped internet when the internet never worked.

I probably logged 5 or 6 calls with the helpdesk about this issue, but after 2 weeks I decided to cancel the account and get vodacom internet and I must add - much less hassle.

I still laugh at the advertisement on tv that says mweb can connect you to the internet in 15 minutes because it's nothing but a BIG LIE. I just find it extremely unfair that 2 months were deducted when the service didn't work at all. Deduct 2 weeks instead - because that's the time it took me to realise that I'm just wasting my time with this ISP.

MWEB is really quick to take, but won't give anything in return - im really disappointed and won't recommend anyobe to use this ISP.
