Constant Disconnections With no end in sight

I'm really peeved at telkom. Since last week, we have been disconnecting every 2 minutes. I went on their Facebook page, only to see that the amount of complaints was staggering. I got a reply (lucky me) saying that they were working on it.. LAST WEEK. I seriously hope you will be refunding everyone for your LACK of service!! when we do not pay, you cut our lines, so its only fair that when you cant be assed to provide the service we are PAYING FOR, that you REFUND US!!

You can expect continuous complaints until you resolve this. Its the Lunar Revel, it only lasts 2 weeks, and YOU are making me miss it. FIX YOUR!
