Pathectic service

I live in the Celtisdal area, and to be honest, the service in this area is PATHETIC!!!

Lines get every 7 weeks, at witch time it takes telkom 4 weeks to repair. Then, if the lines are prepared, there is a 3 week period of intermittent service, noise on the line, and then... Lines are again. And that is only if you are lucky enough to get a competent telkom technician to your premises, witch still results in adsl not much faster than the dial up modems of old.

I am fed up with Telkom!

In the last 7 weeks i have called constantly in regards to the bad service, and received one or 2 days where the Internet worked, still disconnected regularly, but it worked somewhat (better than nothing).

It;s to the point where i think the only way to get a response from someone is by logging a complaint on this site, as nothing i have said and done in the last seven weeks have resulted in anything other than a dead line and bad service.

I am just done. I see no results from logging a complaint, be it online or via sms or calling.

Pathetic.
