Cancellation of contract

I phoned Telkom to cancel my contract when it expired. My phone was suddenly cut yesterday, and I forfeit R1200 airtime, and now that my phone is prepaid, I cannot register my Blackberry at all. Useless! I demand that you rectify this immediately and forfeit the cancellation fee. I told you guys in ADVANCE to avoid something like this to happen. And this at month-end!!!
