MTN are billing us after the phone contract had been cancelled. The response from the branch was if the cancellation was not activated by them for whatever reason, it is not their problem and we must just pay. This has been going on for nearly 4 months and has cost me in the region of R7000.00 so far. All due to mis-information, and negligence. I have cancelled payment for the account at my bank until I receive a satisfactory solution.

I have written to the head office and was informed that someone would get in touch with me from the corporate section. That was three days ago and I am still waiting. I refuse to pay for their mistakes. I have written a letter explaining the problem, but it is too long to fit on your page.

I look forward to some response.
