I a called in for a migration two weeks back and still nothing i phoned to follow up about 10 times in the last 2 week i have had 1 voice mail stating they have tried to contact me an must log a new call. my issue is why when you phone back, every time they send an e-mail but you cant talk to the responsible person. now they send a message i must log a new call.
