In response to my HelloPeter complaint of the 22 January 2014, Vodacom decided to cancel my current contract without even discussing or informing me of the decision. I didn't want the contract to be cancelled. I wanted a refund of R658 on the contract which was not cancelled for the 2 months of September and October 2013. If Vodacom didn't understand my query they could've just called me instead of just cancelling my contract without providing me with reasons. I called the Call Centre to query this cancellation and I spend 1 hour 30 minutes because they kept transferring me to different departments as no one seems to understand or resolve a simple issue of refunding me R658 on my old contract
