MTN'S INCOMPETENT SERVICE FOR 6 MONTHS-7666715

I took an upgrade with MTN and cancelled it the following day in July 2013.They have since been billing me for it and when i contact them to have this cancelled they would reverse the airtime, data and smss they send to me, but suspend my services after they would debit the incorrect bank acc which has been charging me R138 for the unpaid debit orders, this after i had updated my new employment and banking details with them. This continued for 6months and was resolved in Jan when they credited me R1180.I took an upgrade and shortly after i was told I R639 from the old contract. They could not prove that they were recharging me due to the reversals of the upgrade they had been making. I had to pay it so i could use the phone.when i called yesterday to have the phone activated, i was told of an outstanding R139 apparently for the charges of unpaid debit orders. MTN has been investigating for over 2weeks and have not given proof of any docs that say i had been recharged from the old contract. I had been requesting for these contracts to be cancelled to no success n now im forced to pay. I want to be reimbursed R639 and R138x6months for their debit orders.
