Cant activate my line after a week

My cell phone was on 03/05/2013 I reported the phone and my line was blocked.
Went to Highveld Virgin Mobile store Saturday 04/05/2013 to do a sim swap and to activate my line again, they could not help as their system was down.
They asked me to buy a sim card and to give them a call on Monday 06/05/2013, I called them and supply them with all the details, was promised the line would be active later that day.
Call again on 07/05/2013 to request the line to be activated as the line was not active.
Call the call center at 5 pm on 07/05/2013 to request that the line be activated again, was told that the line should be active by the 08/05/2013.
Call the call center again on 09/05/2013 as the sim was still not active. was told that they would call me back, still waiting for the call
Called on 10/05/2013 again to request that my sim card be activated, they still cant activate the sim card, after been on the line to the call center for 45 minutes.
My sim card is still not active
I am considering canceling my 4 contracts I have at Virgin Mobile
