It has been well over months now that I have been struggling to unblock my account. My documents were handed in to Fica my account and I was only advised 2 months later when i went to make purchase, that my account has been blocked cos the ref letter was not valid, I therefore updated it and was told I would get feedback the next morning, A lady had called me but said they faxed it and not that it had been rejected again cos the copy of the ID was not clear when they faxed it. When I called in again after 2 weeks they could not find the FICA book again, this is always the case of the FICA file being misplaced. I called in Sunday and the supervisor/manager sopke to me and said that they would call me on Monday (yesterday) and still no feedback.
I called in this morning and the lady that answered is also a supervisor and told me I need to come in store and swipe my card which I never had a problem with them accessing my account telephonically before. After waiting on the line for about 15 minuted she said she will call me back. Still awaiting. I am a valued customer and do not deserve such service. I am very upset about this situation and how its been handled.
