Phone Blocked for no valid reason

On Sunday 31/03/13 my cell phone had no reception. Later the same day I called in to the call centre to query my problem but was unsuccesfull in getting hold of a call centre agent. On Tuesday 02/04/13 I called in to the call centre approx 4 times during the course of the day with no joy until late in the evening when I managed to speak to a call centre agent who then informed me that my phone had been blocked due to an admin error on their side. When asked for a solution to this very aggrivating problem I was told to buy a new SIM card to make use of my cell phone. No reasonable explaination was given for this mishap, neither was there any apology offered. Who is accountable for my phone being blocked and why have i not been contacted if there was an error on the part of Cell C. I would understand if I was told about the problem and also told that there will be a solution, but i had to make countless phone calls to get a very unacceptable explaination. I would like for someone from Cell C to contact me immediatley.
