On Saterday my husband and I went to Vodacom to do a sim swap as my husband lost his phone - we went to vodacom @ wonderpark to do this action. Lebogang had an attitude, so we did the affidavite as he required for the sim swap - we did everything - got home and had to wait 2 hours before we can insert the new sim card. As we want to insert this sim card - we found that he sold us the wrong sim card. He sold as a normal one and we needed the new smaller one. So on Sunday we had to go back again. And Johannes help us. I'm so dissapointed in Vodacom I nearly went to some other service provider.
