DEDUCTIONS???!!!

Since November Autopage has been deducting for data used although I AM ENTITLED TO FREE DATA!!! I complained about this with Hello Peter about 3-4 weeks ago and NOTHING WAS DONE FROM AUTOPAGE'S SIDE ABOUT THIS!!! On the 27th I phoned in and spoke to Simone to query this again and I was promised that this WILL BE SORTED OUT WITHIN 48 hours... I also had to AGAIN change my payment method which a lady with the name of Nora was to incompetent to do. I specifically told them to NOT deduct as they deduct whatever they like AND besides that they are CHARGING ME FOR DATA THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE??? What is wrong with this people, not only are they totally unprofessional but this is also illegal!!! I had to phone in 3 times again after this so-called 48 hours and still NO REACTION FROM AUTOPAGE. Besides that the amount on my statement was for R430 odd rand AND THIS MORNING I SEE THEY DEDUCTED R530 YESTERDAY!!! it seems like they are a bunch of - AND THEY NEVER GET BACK TO ME??? what must I do???
