MISSION IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SIM SWAP WITH VODACOM

My daughter lost her sim card. a simple sim swap looks like mission impossible. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO PORT TO ANOTHER NETWORK, it certainly would have not incovenienced me to go wait in lines to buys sim card after sim card FOR DAYS, that keep failing because they are not doing their jobs!!! and the attitude they give me. THEY NOT SURE WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN? mean time im sitting with a daughter with no phone. SERIOUSLY VODACOM WHAT IF SHE HAS AN EMERGENCY? SHOULD I GO TO MTN CLEARLY I WOULD BE TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER
