Shocking service from Telkom Mobile

My cellphone, which I use for business, was suspended because of a mix up with the accounts, this was last Wednesday, It was paid on the same day and all the relevant documents were faxed to Telkom Mobile. I am still without a telephone, every person I speak to at Telkom gives me a different story, and there is NO REASON whatsoever for me to not be un-suspended. I have lost clients because of this very very poor service, what ever you do, DON"T EVER GET A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM MOBILE - We have 5 cellphone contracts with Telkom Mobile and we will be moving all of them to another service provider. Issue started on 27 July and today is 3 August.
