No resolution in sight

We had our password reset and I called the call centre last night can't remember who I spoke to. The password was updated and wifi working for 1 hour theReafter we could not connect. Called again this evening @17h30 and spoke to Siya who could not help me. Why are there consultants but they don't the basics on resetting passwords? I spent 20 min waiting for my call to be answered and another 15 min with no resolution. When I asked Siya for her manager to contact me she dropped the phone in my ear. Is this how you treat your customers. Please get someone to call me to resolve tis issue ASAP!
