Extremely dissapointed in Telkom!

THERE IS NO CABLES FOR A LANDLINE OR ADSL WORKING FOR MY UNIT!! I am currently losing money and business daily cause of this!!
Telkom has been to my house with a technician (Henk) he is very helpful but I still don't have a line! Henk said that the message received from up above was the following:
'Telkom sais that you are only one person so they don't wanna hastle to fix this for you but if it was 15 people they would! '
This is the service that TELKOM is giving us??? Is this correct?? Should we all just accept it like this??
I spoke to Melanie (Menlyn Branch Manager) and she is also trying to help sort this ridiculous situation out. The worst part of all is that we as a consumer need to go through all of this just to get ADSL??? Other clients in the same complex also had the same problem and had to get it fixed... Telkom did fix this and dug up some ground to fix it so why is anyone else in the complex different???
I want this sorted out as I am a consumer like my neighbours and need my ADSL and Landline fixed asap!

Please help me as I heard you can?
