The most incompetent personnel in the whole world!

I've been battling for 5 months to get my adsl, now I finally got it, but they can not supply me with the correct username & password. I have spend at least 5 hours on the phone the last week, and the one is more incompetent. lazy and untrained than the next. can ANYBODY who is not useless pls call me!!!
